Bowie and Ronson, Earl’s Court, 1973 – Vintage Print

© Alec Byrne

David Bowie and Mick Ronson on stage at London’s Earl’s Court Arena, May 1973.

Featured in the book LONDON ROCK: The Unseen Archive.

During the 60s and 70s, Alec produced 8×10 RC (resin coated) prints of his photographs, usually the day they were shot, for distribution to magazines and newspapers in London and around the world on spec for potential publication. A collection of these prints survived the “fire-flood-quake” trifecta of disasters that nearly destroyed Alec’s archive and a selection of these are now available for sale nearly half a century later – rare artifacts of a different time.

This image is also available as a handmade limited edition archival silver gelatin darkroom print.

This print will be signed by Alec (verso) and ships with a 16×20 acid-free, archival mat.

Ships in 2-5 business days.

Framing also available – select option below to show pricing.
